Also versions for piano solo, for two pianos eight hands and
for salon ensemble (two violins, viola, cello, double bass and piano).
The arrangement for salon ensemble was later incorporated in Juke-Box, Op. 35.
A light and humorous piece, based on the Dutch folk song 'De boer had maar ene schoen' (The farmer had only one shoe). Comitas' 'Concertino on a Dutch Folk Tune' for cello and orchestra, Op. 7 no. 2 has been based on the same folk song.
